About Us

Tribal Salvation Society is a grassroots, non-profit organization committed to uplifting marginalized communities through the four pillars of Love, Peace, Justice, and Life. We work to transform lives by promoting education, human rights, sustainable development, and opportunities that restore dignity and hope.

Vision Statement

“We envision a just, inclusive, and compassionate society where marginalized communities and all tribes live with dignity, equality, and hope through individual transformation—renewing hearts, empowering minds, and strengthening character—guided by the enduring principles of Love, Peace, Justice, and Life, building a fair and hopeful future for all beyond this life.”

Mission Statement

“Our mission is to advance holistic individual and community transformation—renewing hearts, empowering minds, and strengthening character—by fostering an inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society that upholds human rights and safeguards the dignity of marginalized communities and all tribes, especially widows, women with disabilities, vulnerable women, destitute girls, children, youth, and socially disadvantaged groups. Guided by the enduring principles of Love, Peace, Justice, and Life, we are committed to promoting gender equality, freedom, security, and social justice; expanding access to quality education, digital literacy, skill development, and career opportunities; strengthening healthcare and maternal well-being; empowering youth and protecting constitutional rights; fostering diversity, harmony, and community cohesion; advancing sustainable livelihoods, environmental stewardship, and climate resilience; and providing compassionate disaster relief and rehabilitation—thereby ensuring dignity, opportunity, resilience, and a hopeful future for all.”

Core Values:

“Our core values are rooted in agape love, eternity, and peace advocacy, celebrating cultural heritage through arts appreciation. We serve with passion, promote integration, and uphold honesty, integrity, accountability, solidarity, and loyalty. Guided by innovation, sustainability, and determination, we strive for lasting, positive change and the dignity of all.”

FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

Dear Friends and Partners,

Warm greetings to you.

Tribal Salvation Society was founded with a deep commitment to uplift marginalized communities—especially tribal communities, disadvantaged families, women, children, youth, and other vulnerable groups who are often left behind. Guided by the enduring values of love, peace, justice, dignity, and respect for human life, our mission is to stand with those in need, restore hope, and create opportunities that enable individuals and communities to thrive.

We believe that life is more than survival; every person deserves to live with dignity, equality, security, and opportunity. Through compassion, community participation, creativity, education, and sustainable development, we work to empower women with disabilities, widows, children, youth, and marginalized communities, including tribal, Dalit, minority, and OBC groups.

What began as a small grassroots initiative has grown into a community-based organization dedicated to advancing education, human rights, health, sustainable livelihoods, environmental stewardship, leadership development, and social inclusion. We believe lasting change happens when people are empowered to participate in decisions that affect their lives and are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to build a better future.

Our vision is an inclusive, just, and resilient society where every individual can realize their full potential and contribute to the well-being of their community. Together with our partners, supporters, volunteers, and communities, we continue to promote dignity, strengthen resilience, and create sustainable pathways for positive change.

We sincerely thank you for your trust, partnership, and continued support. We warmly invite you to join us in building stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable communities for present and future generations.

With gratitude and best wishes,

Bikram Naik
